Energy Cybernetics is unique in that its workforce of 34 consists of graduate professionals with additional international qualifications across the full scope of energy requirements in the market: co-generation, energy management, project management, Measurement and Verification (M&V), energy auditing, carbon reduction management, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, IT, chemical engineering and business administration. As part of the Energy Cybernetics' industry development responsibility programme this knowledge is shared by the workforce through training programmes, writing articles for magazines, and presenting papers.
